No sound from system

If you don't hear sound from your system:

  • Check that all connections to the system are secure at both ends. It's possible that the connection has come loose or disconnected
  • Be sure nothing is connected to the headphone jack. The speakers are automatically muted when headphones (or any cable) are connected to the system
  • Check to see that the correct source is selected (i.e. CD or AUX)
  • Try a different station, CD or connected device to determine if the source of sound may be defective or incompatible
  • For devices connected to the AUX jacks, be sure the device is on and the device volume is turned up
